It is a service to be reckoned with due to its many unlimited features. The templates are beautiful and easy on the eye. The support is truly first class. One.com provides users with all they need and more, at a great price.

Support at One.com is truly exceptional. There are many text guides to help you along the way. The additional video guides provided are clear and to the point. The FAQ section has explicit answers for common problems. We were unable to find a support forum. There is, however, a blog which is updated frequently with new material. There is 24/7 support available for access to help at any time. The support team can be contacted by email. They can also be contacted using a web form. There is instant chat support handy. In those tight situations, users may also call the phone number on the site.

Templates receive the max rating from us as well. There are many different themed templates to choose from. The variety of these templates is relatively high with quite a diversity in stock. All of the examples we tried out proved to be sharp and polished. As you would expect, all templates are supported on mobile platforms. The templates are completely customizable and can be edited to the user's desires. A nice feature is being able to start fresh from a blank template. Of course, One.com has made changing between templates an easy option.

Users should have no trouble getting accustomed to One.com. Registration takes only seconds to complete. Once registered, websites are set up almost instantaneously. The whole system of One.com provides no challenges to the user. There is a unique content editor to change words, titles, pictures and much more as you see fit. Surprisingly, there is no drag-and-drop interface on One.com. However, they seem to make it work quite well without it.

SEO options are average. There are no SEO tutorials available for the user. We were unable to find any tutorial videos explaining SEO on the website. Unique page descriptions are an available feature. There are no in-depth SEO tools. Nor is there a SEO integration available. Analytical data, visitor tracking information and site statistics are available to the user.

Hosting through One.com is a breeze. Right off the bat, users are able to connect an existing domain should they choose to. One domain is included with each website to be set up. There is no limit to the number of subdomains that a user may have. Web space is virtually unlimited with a massive amount of storage. There's no cap on bandwidth limit, nor is there one on the maximum amount of mailboxes per account.

The terms are as you would expect from such a reputable company. One.com provides a great unlimited free plan for the user. This plan includes a domain. The free plan web space is more than sufficient for the average user. Uniquely, One.com offers unlimited bandwidth for the free plan as well. There are multiple options to choose from when deciding upon a plan. The prices are extremely reasonable. In many cases, users are able to get their first year free of charge. The monthly plan is however non-cancellable month by month.
One.com Summary
The services provided by One.com should be highly considered. Users will have a hard time finding better support than that which is provided. The templates are professional-looking and load very fast. The lack of drag-and-drop makes for a unique building experience. Hosting is exceptional with nothing missing in our eyes. The paid membership plans are very fittingly priced. The free first year is a great bonus. Users should most likely see themselves taking the plunge with One.com.
